A Dumpling Lover's Dream! I can't say enough good things about Dumpling Capital! We called last minute to see if they could accommodate a table for 8, and they made it happen without any fuss. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The menu is huge--there's something for everyone, even the pickiest eaters in our group. But let's talk about the dumplings. Wow. They were absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and paired with dipping sauces that were just the right touch. On top of that, the food came out fast! It's rare to find a spot that can handle a larger group like ours without delays, but Dumpling Capital nailed it. If you're looking for amazing food, great service, and a place that goes above and beyond, this is it. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

We were at Valley Fair craving Din Tai Fung, but the wait was too long, so we found Dumpling Capital on Yelp--and I'm so glad we did! This spot has quickly become one of my favorites. The hospitality was excellent, the service was super fast, and the food quality was outstanding. Every dumpling we ordered was delicious, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly prepared. The orange chicken was spectacular--crispy, tangy, and flavorful in every bite. Dumpling Capital definitely rivals Din Tai Fung, with amazing food and no long wait. If you're a dumpling lover, this place is a must-try! I can't wait to come back!

We discovered Dumpling Capital on DoorDash a couple of years ago, and it's become one of our go-to spots for quality Chinese food in Santa Clara. We consistently order for delivery or takeout, and their service is always quick and reliable. Their dim sum and veggie dishes are excellent, with standout favorites like the Shanghai Pan Fried Soup Dumplings, Garlic String Beans, and BBQ Pork Steamed Buns. The menu has a wide variety of dishes that we love, and the quality is consistently great every time we order. If you're looking for delicious Chinese food with prompt delivery, I'd definitely recommend giving Dumpling Capital a try!

Yummy dumplings and we especially loved the hot & spicy shredded pork noodles. It had a nice balance of spicy, sour, and sweet flavors. We opted for fresh knife cut noodles and had no regrets. The noodles were so chewy and delicious. Will definitely be back for more! Our eyes were definitely hungrier than our bellies lol I especially liked the pork & shrimp with chive dumplings. That was probably our favorite dumpling of the day. The least exciting dumpling was probably the lamb with zucchini. I was initially most excited for the pork and shrimp sichuan hot chili oil wontons, which ended up being good, but wasn't the best (was comparing to DTF's but wasn't the same addicting flavor sauce). I used my check in 15% offer and she automatically applied the discount towards tip which was fine with me. We really enjoyed our meal here and will be back to enjoy other dishes

Great little dumpling shop my wife found. Came here for lunch and upon entering seemed empty so I was concerned, but I was wrong. The service was spectacular though and noticed that there was a ton of to go and door dash orders, only a few other tables had families. The food was an overall 4 stars average. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Awesome Food. These are the best dumplings in the Southbay! The little ladies that prepare them in the back are preparing them with fresh ingredients and folding them up in love. We ordered a large take out order so we could sample all of the dumplings and had some yummy leftovers. It was so good I ordered a takeout the next say so I wouldn't have to share. The wanton soup was delicious too!

This is my first time eating at this Dumpling Capital restaurant. I've a big fan of Dim Sum and Dumplings so this place was nice because they got variety of Everything I like! Their Full menu options includes some of my favorites such as: Hot/Cold Noodles Bowls, Seafood Dim Sums, Bento Boxes, Rice Platters, Soup Noodles, and many more!!!! Vibrant, Colorful, and Charming Interior setting. A small but cozy place with friendly Atmosphere. I recommend checking this place out if you're in the Santa Clara area! I would come back to order other Dim sum and Dumplings Dishes!!!!

Yelp check-in = 15% off, thank you. Quality/Quantity - Chicken Dumpling with Spinach - Done well. Nice thick wrapper, but not too thick as it would have been tough to eat. And not too thin where they would fall apart. Very well-balanced. The dumplings also did NOT stick to each other. They also had a good proportion of chicken and spinach. Frozen dumplings are also available to-go, see picture. Taiwan Beef Noodle Soup - My wife chose this dish. It was way better than it looked. The meat was tender (my wife did not think so, but I like mine a little firm with texture). Good flavors. Good combination of flavors. The broth was also good. Lastly, generous portions, including the beef. Atmosphere - Cool decor throughout, see pictures. Also educational. Small local business with approximately 8 tables. The parking lot is way too small for all the businesses in this mall. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm. Service - You can order via QR code, but we chose to just go through the waitress. She was very attentive, but not overbearing. Got us everything we needed. Price - $32 + generous tip. Owner Comments - Congrats on your success since 2020.

Was craving some dumplings. My husband and I had dinner at Dumpling Capital. The food came out quickly and hot. - snow pea leaves had good flavor, not over cooked - pan fried dumplings were juicy on the inside and nice crust on the bottom - pork chop bento box- nice flavored pork chop with rice, cabbage, stewed egg - boiled pork, shrimp, chive dumplings- piping hot, very good - spicy wonton The server was friendly, refilled our water, clean inside. I would definitely return.
